I have done an SMC Controller Reset Reset the PRAM and NVRAM reinstalled macOS 10.13.6 from the Recovery Drive using Command R (one reinstall) and when that did not help, then again using Option Command R).Īfter each reinstall, I downloaded and reinstalled any security updates that the App Store brought up afterwards AND THIS IS STILL HAPPENING!!!Īt first logging in with Safe Mode helped even though it took 5 to 10 minutes for the progress bar to get through its sequence.
